1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbeej ("hbeej", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the hbeej website at hbeej.com, registering an account, making a deposit, placing any bet or wager, claiming any bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the hbeej platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hbeej platform and close your account. Continued use of hbeej following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. hbeej will endeavour to notify active players of material changes via in-platform messaging or email, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the hbeej Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms and conditions of any individual promotion or bonus offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

2Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hbeej platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during their use of the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be aged 18 years or older to register an account on hbeej, make any deposit, place any bet, or claim any bonus or promotional offer. hbeej enforces a strict 18+ age restriction without exception. Providing false information regarding your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of all funds held therein, including any winnings.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The hbeej platform is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing hbeej from Bangladesh and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you. hbeej accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

2.3 Personal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any self-exclusion order — whether voluntarily placed through hbeej or imposed by any gaming authority — you are not eligible to register or maintain an account on hbeej. Players who circumvent a self-exclusion to create a new account will have that account permanently closed and all deposits returned without any associated winnings.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of hbeej products and services, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and all promotional offers, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you enter into a binding contractual relationship with hbeej governed by these Terms.

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all stages of the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your NID card or passport, your date of birth, your current residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must keep this information current at all times. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account profile or notify hbeej support immediately.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one and only one hbeej account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or any other method — is a serious breach of these Terms. hbeej employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity document cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended, and all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with them will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hbeej account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hbeej will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify hbeej support immediately via live chat or the support email address.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

hbeej is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a clear photograph of your National ID Card (NID) or valid passport, and may additionally require proof of your residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months). Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete. hbeej aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.

• Accepted identity documents: National ID Card (NID), valid passport.
• Accepted address documents: utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days.
• Documents must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format with a file size under 10 MB.
• All documents must be clearly legible. Blurred or cropped images will be rejected and re-requested.
• hbeej may request additional documentation at any time if required for enhanced due diligence purposes.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

hbeej supports a range of payment methods commonly used by players across Bangladesh. All transactions on hbeej are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbeej does not charge fees on standard bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions, though your mobile financial service provider may apply its own standard transfer charges independently of hbeej.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on hbeej is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by hbeej, though your chosen payment method may impose its own daily or per-transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your hbeej wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. In rare cases of network congestion or payment provider maintenance, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, you should contact hbeej support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on hbeej is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the hbeej payments team within 1 to 3 hours during standard operating hours (06:00–00:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours or during public holidays may take up to 6 hours to process. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. hbeej reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that display patterns inconsistent with normal player activity.

4.3 Payment Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. If you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must be to the same registered bKash account. hbeej will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts registered in a different name, or payment methods not previously used for deposit on your account.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, bonuses, and winnings on hbeej are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Taka amounts. hbeej does not support multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be declined at the payment gateway stage.

5Bonuses & Promotions

hbeej offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by hbeej are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited to your account remain withdrawable at any time, subject to standard payment processing procedures and KYC verification, but any associated bonus funds will be forfeited if you choose to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. The hbeej welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit and is available once per household, per device, and per payment method account. Existing players are eligible for reload and loyalty bonuses as detailed in current promotions. hbeej reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion and to decline to award a bonus where it has reason to believe that the application is fraudulent, in breach of Terms, or otherwise not in accordance with the spirit of the promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hbeej employs advanced monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirement calculations, colluding with other players to farm bonus value, and using automated betting strategies to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently suspended.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the wagering requirement being met.
• hbeej reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Where a bonus is awarded in error, hbeej reserves the right to reclaim it from the Player's balance.
• Seasonal promotions (e.g., Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL specials) are time-limited and subject to their own additional terms.

6Prohibited Conduct

Players using the hbeej platform are required to conduct themselves lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction.
• Opening or operating more than one hbeej account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age or subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by hbeej.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or technical vulnerability in the platform. Any winnings derived from an identified exploit are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the hbeej platform as a conduit.
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion confers an unfair advantage, including multiplayer poker or live dealer games.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hbeej support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the hbeej platform, its data feeds, or its odds pricing algorithms.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or any unlawful source.

7Responsible Gaming

hbeej is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have built a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools directly into the hbeej platform to help players stay in control.

7.1 Deposit Limits

All hbeej players can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits directly from the account dashboard. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect, giving players time to reconsider. hbeej strongly encourages all players to set deposit limits that reflect their personal financial circumstances.

7.2 Cooling-Off Periods and Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gaming can activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days directly from the account dashboard. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for all gaming activity. Players who need a longer or permanent break can request self-exclusion by contacting hbeej support. Self-exclusion is implemented immediately and, once permanent self-exclusion is in place, cannot be reversed. hbeej will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion across all hbeej products.

7.3 Age Verification in the Context of Responsible Gaming

Strict 18+ age verification is not only a legal compliance requirement but also a core component of hbeej's responsible gaming framework. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access hbeej, please notify our support team immediately. Parents and guardians are advised to use internet filtering and parental control software to prevent access to online gambling platforms by individuals under 18.

8Account Closure & Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your hbeej account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (email address for support reference only — not a clickable link). Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and payment processing requirements. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure by hbeej

hbeej reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to pass or refusal to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, or money laundering.
• Account activity that is inconsistent with normal player behaviour and that raises reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct.
• Instruction from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Reasonable belief that the account holder is subject to a self-exclusion or is a minor.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, hbeej reserves the right to void all open bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, hbeej may retain forfeited funds. Where no breach is confirmed, real-money balances will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method. Termination of an account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.
